The 52" wing span on the Tucano makes for a very stable flier, one that will track true and straight the moment it leaves your hand for launch. It's not as fast or as agile as some but is certainly a joy to fly. It will go straight up and just keep going!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-family:monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; starting  with an idea of what were nice curving outlines,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:100%;" &gt;curved tips, both tail and wing, With fully blended Leading edge strakes, and wings&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:100%;" &gt; that had a very distinctive shape. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:100%;" &gt;The  designed has a very smooth and stylish&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:100%;" &gt; blended vertical fin.With very large wing fillets, that when viewed from the top, kinda pointed to the nose &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:100%;" &gt;like an arrow. I am really happy the way that the plane looked when finished. It also lends itself to some great paint&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:100%;" &gt; schemes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:monospace;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;The original prototype finished out at about 55oz&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;weight, and a wing loading of 36oz per sq in.! Most of the other F-20 kits are stretched, thinned and rather un-f20 looking. This one was also designed to reduce the pitch instability that most F-20 slopers suffer from. This instability comes from the short tail moment and from the horizontal stab being directly in line with the wing. At slow speeds this causes some elevator blanking, resulting in minor pitch oscillations. This F-20 was designed to reduce this while still looking like a real F-20.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The kit features a fiberglass fuselage with a separate hatch and belly pan. This reduces the work the builder must do. The wing cores are a  modified RG-14 That can be sheeted with 1/16  balsa or 1/64 ply. The frog holds a Soviet T-34 tank in its hand&lt;br /&gt;There is a three piece mold for the fuse but only 4 parts were pulled from it, mine is number two. I really like the way it flies but I spent so much time on the paint.
